(c) For physical inspection, Buyer should be present. NO BUYER, NO INSPECTION.
(d) Copies of TITLE Documents, (Survey Plan and others) are released to the BUYER/LESSEE for Search, ONLY AFTER PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY.
(e) Money to cover the Agents' logistics e.g. fueling of vehicle for movement is requested from the prospective Buyer coming for the Inspection.
