NOTES FOR INSPECTION:

(a) Letter of Intent (LoI) should be written to us for the Physical Inspection.

(b) A minimum of 24 Hours notice should be given for the Inspection.

(c) For physical inspection, Buyer /Lessee should be present. NO BUYER /LESSEE, NO INSPECTION.

(d) Copies of TITLE Documents, (Survey Plan and others) are released to the BUYER/LESSEE for Search, ONLY AFTER PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY.

(e) Money to cover the Agents' logistics e.g. fueling of vehicle for movement is requested from the prospective Buyer /Lessee coming for the Inspection.
