The Gas-Plant on 3 Plots of Land, is operating a Liquified Petroleum Gas Filling Plant of 10.00 MT Surface Tank Capacity, at Alagbole, Ogun State.
LEASE: #15 Million per Annum.
*NOTES FOR INSPECTION:*
(a) *Letter of Intent (LoI)* should be written to us for the Physical Inspection.
(b) A minimum of 24 Hours notice should be given for the Inspection.
(c) For physical inspection, Lessee should be present. *NO LESSEE, NO INSPECTION.*
(d) Copies of *Relevant Documents are released to the Lessee for Search*, ONLY AFTER PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY.
(e) Money to cover the Agents' logistics e.g. fueling of vehicle for movement is requested from the buyer coming for the Inspection.
